Edwin David Liem

Mr. Liem boasts over 25 years of extensive experience encompassing M&A, private equity investment, due diligence, negotiation, business valuation, divestment, corporate finance, consulting, fundraising, loan workouts, and credit risk management. He has worked across various sectors, including commercial banking, investment banking, private equity firms, Big-4 consulting firms, as well as with both private and listed companies.
Edwin holds a BSc. in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines, and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Matilda Tan
(Founding partner / Executive Director)
Ms Tan has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets and asset management in senior banking positions with Nikko Merchant Bank (SG), Salomon Brothers (HK) and NM Rothchild & Sons (JKT/SG). Ms Tan is a founding partner, board director and investment committee member of Aventures 1 Pte Ltd, a successful venture fund with anchor funding from the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Asean Finance Corporation (AFC Merchant Bank). She was also on the investment committee panel of Shanghai listed Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical backed healthcare fund.
Ms Tan holds a BSc. in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude), University of San Francisco, USA and an MBA from Institute Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland.
